Why this company, why now.

01

Building software stopped being the hard part.

AI collapsed the cost of writing code. That leverage is available to everyone, which means it defends nothing on its own.

02

What stayed expensive is everything around it.

Partnerships. Operational processes that hold up under regulation. Acquiring a small business customer and keeping them. These are the costs that priced incumbents out of serving companies with eleven employees, and they don't fall because code got cheap.

03

AI-first operations is how we carry those costs.

Not as a product feature. As how the company runs. Support, compliance review, onboarding, partnerships operations. Work that used to scale with headcount now runs as systems a small team supervises. That's what makes it possible to deliver a real service, not just software, at small-business prices.

04

The compounding is on acquisition.

Winning a small business customer is expensive and slow. Winning them a second time isn't. The company that signs up for ICHRA administration needs payroll, and the same prospecting, partnerships, and PR reach both. We pay to acquire once and monetize across brands, each new brand launching into a customer base and a partner channel that already exists.
